01 — Privacy Policy

Your data stays on your device

All Opus Magnum apps (Pomodoro, RetroWeek, ContextSwitch, MindDump, EnergyMap, WinLog, SkillTree, WorkRitual, FlowBuilder, CommitLog) are designed with a local-first approach.

All data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage or in the app's local storage on your device.
No data is sent to any server, cloud, or third party.
We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
We do not require account creation or authentication.

We have no servers. We have no database. We physically cannot access your data.

02 — Terms of Use

Simple terms

By using any Opus Magnum application you agree to the following:

The apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You use the apps at your own risk. We are not liable for any data loss.
The apps are free and contain no ads, in-app purchases, or paid features.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

You may stop using any app at any time by uninstalling it.

03 — Data Deletion

How to delete your data

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

Android app: Go to Settings Apps [App Name] Storage Clear Data. Or simply uninstall the app.
Web version: Open the app in your browser, open Developer Tools (F12) Application Local Storage delete the relevant entries. Or clear your browser data for the site.
In-app: Some apps provide a "Clear all data" option in Settings.

Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently. There is no backup and no way to recover it.

No request to us is needed — we don't have your data in the first place.

Используя любое приложение Opus Magnum, вы соглашаетесь со следующим:

Приложения предоставляются «как есть» без каких-либо гарантий.
Вы используете приложения на свой риск. Мы не несём ответственности за потерю данных.
Приложения бесплатны и не содержат рекламы, встроенных покупок или платных функций.
Мы оставляем за собой право обновлять эти условия. Изменения вступают в силу с момента публикации на этой странице.

Вы можете прекратить использование любого приложения в любой момент, удалив его.

03 — Удаление данных

Как удалить свои данные

Все данные хранятся локально на вашем устройстве, поэтому у вас полный контроль:

Android-приложение: Настройки Приложения [Название] Хранилище Очистить данные. Или просто удалите приложение.
Веб-версия: Откройте приложение в браузере, откройте DevTools (F12) Application Local Storage удалите записи. Или очистите данные браузера для сайта.
В приложении: Некоторые приложения предоставляют опцию «Очистить все данные» в настройках.

Удаление приложения удаляет все данные безвозвратно. Резервных копий нет, восстановление невозможно.

Обращаться к нам не нужно — у нас нет ваших данных.

Todos los datos se almacenan exclusivamente en el localStorage del navegador o en el almacenamiento local de la aplicacion en tu dispositivo.
No se envia ningun dato a servidores, la nube o terceros.
No recopilamos estadisticas de uso, telemetria ni analisis.
No usamos cookies, pixeles de seguimiento ni identificadores publicitarios.
No requerimos creacion de cuenta ni autenticacion.

No tenemos servidores. No tenemos base de datos. Fisicamente no podemos acceder a tus datos.

02 — Terminos de Uso

Terminos simples

Al usar cualquier aplicacion de Opus Magnum, aceptas lo siguiente:

Las aplicaciones se proporcionan "tal cual" sin garantia de ningun tipo.
Usas las aplicaciones bajo tu propio riesgo. No somos responsables de la perdida de datos.
Las aplicaciones son gratuitas y no contienen anuncios, compras integradas ni funciones de pago.
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos terminos. Los cambios entran en vigor tras su publicacion en esta pagina.

Puedes dejar de usar cualquier aplicacion en cualquier momento desinstalandola.

03 — Eliminacion de Datos

Como eliminar tus datos

Como todos los datos se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo, tienes control total:

Aplicacion Android: Ajustes Aplicaciones [Nombre] Almacenamiento Borrar datos. O simplemente desinstala la aplicacion.
Version web: Abre la aplicacion en tu navegador, abre DevTools (F12) Application Local Storage elimina las entradas. O borra los datos del navegador para el sitio.
En la aplicacion: Algunas aplicaciones ofrecen la opcion "Borrar todos los datos" en Ajustes.

Desinstalar la aplicacion elimina todos los datos permanentemente. No hay copias de seguridad ni forma de recuperarlos.

No necesitas contactarnos: no tenemos tus datos.
